Early Years Family Feedback Survey

We are asking parents/caregivers to complete the Peterborough Early Learning Family Feedback Survey.

This survey will help us understand what families value most and where we can continue to enhance the programs offered by licensed child care (home based and centre based), EarlyON Child and Family Centres, and authorized recreation programs.

The City of Peterborough and Investing in Quality (IIQ) are working together to administer this survey. The questions focus on program quality and the four foundations of Ontario's early years pedagogy, "How Does Learning Happen?": Belonging, Well Being, Engagement, and Expression.

Participation is voluntary. As a thank you, parents and caregivers who complete the survey can enter a draw to win one of twenty $25 gift cards. The survey is confidential, and any contact information you choose to provide will be used only for the prize draw.

The survey will remain open until April 20 at midnight.
