The program includes songs, dances, instruments, and fun that will get both young and old moving to the music and enjoying each other's smiling faces.

Stay n' Play
This is a FREE program for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of children aged 0-6. It is currently offered through out the year.
Tuesdays 9:00am-1:30pm

Sundays 9:30am-12:00pm
Infant Stay n' Play
This is a unique program for parents and their infants 0-12 months age.
Wednesdays 11:00am-2:30pm
Explore Outdoors
Join us as we connect with nature, explore our surroundings, and enjoy the world around us. Please wear walking shoes and we encourage infants to be "worn" as the trails are not stroller friendly.

Meet off of the Parking Lot of the Old Millbrook School
Open Gym
Get ready to work up a sweat (or at least have a lot of fun) being active and busy at the Family Centre's FREE drop-in gym program. Lots of fun gym equipment is put out, including balls, balance boards, tunnels, plasma cards, and more!
Physical activity is so important for growing little bodies and most children in Canada do not get enough exercise each day.
2nd and 4th Thursday of each month 10:00am-11:30am
