We are very excited to share that The Township Council has approved the building of a shade structure at The Old Millbrook School Property as a part of the 2024 Budget. The structure will be built in close proximity to the playground and construction is anticipated to begin later in the spring of this year.
Families and community members will be able to take a break from the sun when needed and will hopefully increase the length of time families enjoy the outdoor property here. This project has been made possible through funding contributions from The Township of Cavan Monaghan, The Old Millbrook School Family Centre Inc., as well as The Cavan Monaghan Libraries.
