Stop by and visit us in the Masonic Hall tomorrow evening during Christmas in the Village.

 

 

 

 

We will be giving out a children's book to each family with young children while supplies last as well as information about our fantastic programs.

 

 Please note that today, Thursday November 24th, our Stay and Play Program will run from 10:30am - 12:00pm and our Open Gym Program is canceled for today.

Happening This Sunday!!!!! Can you make it out to donate?

 

What we are collecting for One City Peterborough:

 

Tents, Sleeping Bags, Blankets that are all in good condition.

Adult sized: Pants, Boots, Sweaters, Sweatpants, Coats

New adult sized underwear.

 

What we are collecting for Kawartha Food Share:

Non-perishable food items such as canned goods, cereals, pasta, crackers, rice, mac and cheese, as well as formula and diapers.

 

We will have children's face painting for those who bring their children to drop off their donations.

 

We will also have hot chocolate and coffee available for a monetary donation that will go directly to Kawartha Food Share.

 

The Stay and Play program will also be open from 9:30am - 12:00pm.

A quick reminder. We are completely NUT FREE at The Old Millbrook School EarlyON Child and Family Centre.

 

In order to keep everyone safe, please keep anything at all containing nuts out of your bags and if you happen to eat a meal or snack prior to visiting which contains nuts, please ensure you and your child(ren)'s hands are washed with soap.

On Wednesday May 25th, our Infant Massage program will be running for those who registered.  

Infant Stay and Play will be open. 

Our Explore Outdoors Program is canceled for this week.

 We will be closed Tuesday May 24th due to the heavy storms this past weekend.  We will post on our website and social media when we are able to reopen.

Please complete the Family Satisfaction Survey

Calling all families who have been dropping in, enjoying our virtual content or have registered for our programs in the last two years.

 

Every two years we are required to have families complete a Family Satisfaction survey.

This survey will be used to gain information on what is working well and where enhancements can be made by our Programs. 

 

The City of Peterborough and Investing In Quality (IIQ) are working together to administer this survey and questions are focused on program quality and the four foundations (Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement, Expression), found in Ontario’s early years pedagogy, “How Does Learning Happen?”. 

 

The survey is voluntary. As a thank you for participating parents can enter their names into a draw to win a $25 grocery gift card. The survey is anonymous. Your name and email will only be used for the purpose of the draw, if you choose to provide it.

 

Your answers are so very important to us.

Sensory Sensitive Drop In

 

“Sensory Sensitive” Sundays happen each week from 9:30am – 12:00pm.

This Drop-In Program is available to families with children may be neuro-diverse and/or have unique sensory processing needs in order to allow for a safe and inclusive play environment.
