We are so very lucky to be a part of such a wonderful and supportive community. 

A few weeks ago, Carrie Fitzgerarld who hosts and organizes many wonderful Craft and Vendor shows in the Peterborough area delivered a very generous donation of $986 to our organization, The Old Millbrook School Family Centre. 

This amazing donation was possible because of her idea to have all proceeds from two of the Craft and Vendor Shows within the last year directed to our Organization.

Many thanks to Carrie as well as the patrons who have attended these events and the vendors who so lovingly curate beautiful offerings available for purchase at the events. 

We are better because of all of you.

 Learning Trail

Thursday October 22nd, 11:00am - 12:30pm

Join us on the Learning Trail for a fun leaf-finding adventure! There are lots of beautiful fall leaves to find and this week we will be learning where they come from.
Join 3 friends having a big adventure hiking over a mountain and through a forest to collect leaves of all kinds and colors in the story "We're Going on a Leaf Hunt", by Steve Metzger. Finish off with a leaf hunt of your own!

All of our time together will be physically distanced.

Rhyme Time

Calling all Parents with Little Ones under 18 months of age. 

Beginning Wednesday October 14th for Four Weeks

9:30am - 10:30am 

Please join us Wednesday mornings for this four week outdoor program.

You will learn songs, rhymes and finger plays in a fun and interactive way.

All of our time together will be physically distanced.

Who is that Educator under the mask?

As we begin seeing one and other in person again, there are going to be many times when we have to be wearing Personal Protective Equipment.  Please show your children these photos often to remind them that Brenda, Amanda and Nancy might look a little different with their masks on but it's still us.

Pumpkin Painting

Join us to paint a pumpkin which you will be able to take home to enjoy! Wear clothing that you can get messy!!
