We are so excited to announce this new monthly Drop In specifically for families and children who experience sensory processing challenges.
All families are welcome to our usual Drop In days. We do however realize that we needed to also offer a Drop In such as this where families can children with sensory processing challenges can also connect with other families who may have similar experiences.

  3. I always have a minimum of 3 trays going, but I don't tend to do a shot a day. I add some to a smoothie, do a shot every other day, add some to a salad, etc. You can consume the second growth of your wheatgrass, but I have heard it is lacking in some nutrients, so I normally compost it after it is all cut.

  4. Maintain a "normal" routine. To the extent possible stick to your family's normal routine for dinner, homework, chores, bedtime, etc., but don't be inflexible. Children may have a hard time concentrating on schoolwork or falling asleep at night.If you want your child to make it to the top - teach how to go the extra mile
