Roll out the barrel!!

Just four more days until our 3rd annual Oktoberfest Fundraiser!  It's taking place on Saturday October 22nd beginning at 7pm at the Millbrook Legion.  As in past years, we hope this will be a fun night for a great cause!  Pretzels, polkas and german beer will be available for those wishing to celebrate the harvest season.  There will also be a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction and special for this year - a raffle for 4 day passes to Disney!

Our charity is small but does wonderful work in our community and provides great support and resources to young families.  To keep our services free we rely on fundraising!  We hope to see you at the Legion on Saturday night for a great cause!

Tickets are $15 each or 2 for $25 and are available at The Quilter's Bolt.

Another year of music & movement!

The Family Centre - with its partners Centennial Place and incredible volunteers Nancy and Lee - is delighted to announce the dates for our 2016 Music & Movement Session!!

As with past years, this program is FREE for local children 0-5 and their caregivers.  This is a wonderful multi-generational activity as Centennial Place residents are able to join in with the fun and music.  A snack is provided by Centennial Place.

The sessions run on alternate Mondays (dates below) from 10-11am and are offered on a drop-in basis.  No need to register!!

Parents are reminded to please keep their little ones at home if they are sick - this is very important due to the fragile health of some of the Centennial Place participants.

Oktoberfest 2016

Get ready for our 3rd annual Oktoberfest celebration!

This is a great night out in Millbrook to support a worthy cause.  All money raised stays local and supports local children and their families.  Tickets are $15 each or 2 for $25 in advance!  Come out for a fun night of german beer, pretzels and dancing!

There will be a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and lots of festive fall fun!  Hope to see you there.
